The medical degree cake is a round cake for young doctors who have just defended their thesis, given by family or friends from residency. In burgundy and white, it carries a stylised caduceus and the text “Docteur”, which stays in French and means doctor, followed by the first name. A border of white shells and a thin golden edging finish it.

They come out of the room, the jury has deliberated, and the family is waiting in the corridor. For the first time, someone calls them doctor for real, and it is written on the cake. As a medical thesis cake, it finds its place at the defence reception or at the evening dinner. The medical defence cake is also shared among residents. For a dentist graduation cake, the formula adapts easily.

After ten years of study, one line remains to be written: the first name or a message, in the field provided when ordering. The 12 servings suit the family, the 20 servings the friends from the year group. You can opt for chocolate hazelnut, strawberry, raspberry or vanilla. Our team delivers on the day of the defence, in France and Monaco, and an order 24 hours ahead remains possible, depending on availability.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.
