Very good cake, but the delivery was disappointing. I should have been notified 30 minutes beforehand, which didn't happen; so I wasn't home when it arrived. Also, the 9am to 6pm delivery window is too wide for a weekday.

Regarding the delivery, we understand your concern. However, we offer the shortest order times in France (order the day before for next-day delivery). This quick turnaround, combined with the unpredictable traffic conditions in Paris and Île-de-France, makes it technically impossible to guarantee a precise time or reduce the delivery window.

For this very reason, we advise everywhere and recommend in our FAQ to choose delivery the day before your event if you have strict time constraints. We hope to see you again for another occasion.
