The leaving party layer cake is given between colleagues, when one of them leaves the office for another adventure. Chocolate dominates, with a black drip and a crown of chocolates and raspberries. The inscription "Bon vent" (fair winds) is written in white on top.

It is 4:30 pm, the open space empties towards the meeting room, and someone brings the cake in, pretending nothing. The departing colleague reads Bon vent, laughs, and looks for his exit line. This fair-winds cake suits a leaving drink, a transfer or the end of an assignment. As a goodbye cake, it makes a change from speeches that run too long, and the slices are handed out on paper plates between two office anecdotes.

Chocolate and raspberry make the taste, with that tart note everyone likes. Adapt the size to the floor, 12 or 20 servings, then add his first name or a team phrase in the field on the page. Prepared specially, it is brought to the office by our team on the day of his departure, from La Défense to Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts. The chocolate decoration may contain soy and tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.
