Ordering

How far in advance should I order?

You can order the day before, until 11:59 pm, for next-day delivery, among the models available on that date. We still advise you to confirm your order as soon as you know the date of your event: our production and delivery schedules fill up quickly and some dates close.

At checkout you pick your delivery date in the calendar. If a date is no longer available, it is simply not offered. For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs make the cakes on the day of delivery.

How do I choose my delivery date?

After adding your product to the basket, complete your order: enter your delivery details first, then select the desired date in the calendar. A greyed-out date is no longer available.

Delivery takes place between 9 am and 6 pm on the chosen day, with no guaranteed time.

Can I personalise the message on my cake?

Yes. If the model allows it, you can add a message at no extra cost: enter it in the field provided at the bottom of the product page.

Which information is required for delivery?

Required fields of the delivery address are marked with an asterisk. Above all, give a phone number reachable on the delivery day, plus the entry code, floor or company name if needed: our driver needs them to hand over the cake.

How do I know my order has been registered?

You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details, including the delivery date and address. Please check them: if something is wrong, contact our customer service right away so we can correct it.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

The confirmation is sent by e-mail right after payment. If you cannot see it, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, write to [email protected] or on WhatsApp: we will check that your order was registered.

02

Delivery

Do you deliver every day?

It depends on your zone. In Paris and Île-de-France (zones 1 and 2) we deliver from Wednesday to Sunday. In zone 3, Monday to Saturday. In zone 4 and the other departments, every day. No delivery on 25 December or 1 January.

If your party falls on a day we do not deliver in your zone, choose the day before: our cakes keep for 72 hours in the fridge. Enter your postcode on the Delivery page to see your days and rate.

Can I choose a delivery time?

No. Deliveries take place between 9 am and 6 pm and we cannot guarantee a precise time. Our driver calls you about 30 minutes before arriving to make the handover easier.

If you need the cake at a precise time, plan the delivery for the day before: it keeps for 72 hours in the fridge.

What happens if I am not there at delivery?

The driver calls the number given in the order. If there is no answer, the cake goes back to the workshop and a new delivery is charged. Make sure someone is at the address between 9 am and 6 pm.

Could my cake be damaged during transport?

No. Each cake is secured in its packaging and transported in a refrigerated vehicle by our own driver, never by parcel.

How are the cakes delivered?

Personalised cakes and pastries are handed over by our own driver, in a refrigerated vehicle: in Paris and Île-de-France (free delivery), then throughout mainland France and Monaco according to a rate per zone. Personalised biscuits travel by tracked post. All the details are on the Delivery page.
