How it works

- 3Our driver hands it overBetween 9 am and 6 pm at the given address. The exact time is not guaranteed: someone should be present during the day.

Delivery FAQ
Do you deliver every day?
In Paris and Île-de-France (zones 1 and 2), we deliver from Wednesday to Sunday. In zone 3, Monday to Saturday. In zone 4 and the other departments, every day. No delivery on 25 December or 1 January.
Until what time can I order for tomorrow?
The day before, until 11:59 pm, among the models available on that date. Ordering earlier gives you more choice of dates.
What time will my cake arrive?
Between 9 am and 6 pm. The exact time is not guaranteed: make sure someone is present during the day.
Can I change the delivery date or address?
Yes, as long as the order is not yet in preparation. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you deliver to a company, a restaurant or a venue?
Yes. Give the name of the company or venue, the floor or department, and a phone number reachable on the delivery day.
What happens if nobody is there at delivery?
The driver calls the number provided. If there is no answer, the cake goes back to the workshop and a new delivery is charged.
Does the cake travel well?
Yes. It is transported in a refrigerated vehicle by our own driver, secured in its packaging.
Are personalised biscuits delivered by the driver?
No. They are sent by tracked post, free throughout France and Monaco, within 48 working hours after dispatch. If they come with a cake, they travel with it.
