    For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs will make your cake the same day of its delivery, it must be consumed no later than 72 hours after its date of receipt.

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    We offer delivery in less than 24 hours, however, we advise you to validate your order as soon as you know the date of your event because in order to ensure a quality service, we regularly close our schedules.

    At the time of payment you will be able to choose the desired delivery date on a calendar, if the latter is no longer available, it will not be offered to you.

    For maximum freshness, the cakes are made by our pastry chefs the same day they are delivered.

    At the latest, you can validate your order until 11:00 p.m. the day before the event, so that your order can be delivered to you by our couriers. (Example: For a desired delivery on Friday, you must place an order no later than Thursday before 11:00 p.m.)

  • Do you deliver 7 days a week?

    No, we deliver every day except Thursdays and Sundays.

    If your event happens to be a day when we do not deliver, we invite you to select an earlier delivery date, our cakes can indeed be kept in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours after delivery.

  • Can we choose a delivery time?

    We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

    Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., the delivery person will contact you by phone before his arrival.
