Made for a girl's Profession of Faith, this white cake accompanies the family meal that follows the ceremony. The top combines watercolor flowers, a fine cross, the words “Profession de foi” and her name. Dusty pink rosettes, as tender to taste as to the eye, surround the design with discretion.

Parents think of it while preparing the albs and the meal, often in spring. Godparents, grandparents and cousins gather around the table, and this Profession of Faith cake arrives at dessert, after the group photos on the church square. Looking for a simple Profession of Faith cake idea? The flowers add freshness, and this cake decoration keeps just the right restraint.
