To celebrate the residents born in the same month, the care home birthday cake is ordered by activity coordinators, senior residences or families. On its white cream is written the title “Joyeux anniversaire à nos résidents”, with a photo or a list of first names. Pastel pearls decorate the border.

Madame Lefèvre turns 92 this month, Monsieur Benoît 87, and the activity room fills up from 3 pm for the afternoon snack. Because seeing one's name written matters a lot at that age, everyone looks for their own and shows it to their neighbour. For anyone wondering what cake idea to find for a care home, this is a simple formula that avoids forgetting anyone. A family can also give it on its mother's floor, to thank the carers at the same time.

Write the list of names or the text you want in the order field; if you prefer a photo, upload a sharp one at the same time and it will appear on top. Available in 12 or 20 servings, strawberry, vanilla, raspberry or chocolate hazelnut. Made to order, it goes straight to the residence with our team, in France and Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long can I keep my cake?

For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs make the cakes on the day of delivery. Kept in the fridge, they are best eaten within 72 hours of receipt.

  • How far in advance should I order?

You can order the day before, until 11:59 pm, for next-day delivery, among the models available on that date. We still advise you to confirm your order as soon as you know the date of your event: our production and delivery schedules fill up quickly and some dates close.

At checkout you pick your delivery date in the calendar. If a date is no longer available, it is simply not offered. For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs make the cakes on the day of delivery.

  • Do you deliver every day?

It depends on your zone. In Paris and Île-de-France (zones 1 and 2) we deliver from Wednesday to Sunday. In zone 3, Monday to Saturday. In zone 4 and the other departments, every day. No delivery on 25 December or 1 January.

If your party falls on a day we do not deliver in your zone, choose the day before: our cakes keep for 72 hours in the fridge. Enter your postcode on the Delivery page to see your days and rate.

  • Can I choose a delivery time?

No. Deliveries take place between 9 am and 6 pm and we cannot guarantee a precise time. Our driver calls you about 30 minutes before arriving to make the handover easier.

If you need the cake at a precise time, plan the delivery for the day before: it keeps for 72 hours in the fridge.

  • How are the cakes delivered?

Personalised cakes and pastries are handed over by our own driver, in a refrigerated vehicle: in Paris and Île-de-France (free delivery), then throughout mainland France and Monaco according to a rate per zone. Personalised biscuits travel by tracked post. All the details are on the Delivery page.
