The thank you customers cake lets shops, agencies and craftspeople thank those who come back. On its green and gold background, your logo accompanies a big message "Merci pour votre confiance", French for thank you for your trust, in place of the sample logo shown here. Gold pearls on the border and the mention of the year complete the whole.

Madame Roche has been coming since the opening, the garage on the corner sends you all its people, and your biggest client paid on time again. An end of year Friday, an open house or a drink in the shop are good moments for this thank you cake. Where a thank you message on a card ends up in the bin, this one ends up on plates. A personalised company cake, with no sales pitch.

Upload your sharp logo when ordering, and specify in the field provided the company name, the year or another phrase. Inside, raspberry, vanilla, strawberry or chocolate hazelnut. Prepared in 12 or 20 servings, it is handed over by our team on the chosen date, in France as in Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long can I keep my cake?

For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs make the cakes on the day of delivery. Kept in the fridge, they are best eaten within 72 hours of receipt.

  • How far in advance should I order?

You can order the day before, until 11:59 pm, for next-day delivery, among the models available on that date. We still advise you to confirm your order as soon as you know the date of your event: our production and delivery schedules fill up quickly and some dates close.

At checkout you pick your delivery date in the calendar. If a date is no longer available, it is simply not offered. For maximum freshness, our pastry chefs make the cakes on the day of delivery.

  • Do you deliver every day?

It depends on your zone. In Paris and Île-de-France (zones 1 and 2) we deliver from Wednesday to Sunday. In zone 3, Monday to Saturday. In zone 4 and the other departments, every day. No delivery on 25 December or 1 January.

If your party falls on a day we do not deliver in your zone, choose the day before: our cakes keep for 72 hours in the fridge. Enter your postcode on the Delivery page to see your days and rate.

  • Can I choose a delivery time?

No. Deliveries take place between 9 am and 6 pm and we cannot guarantee a precise time. Our driver calls you about 30 minutes before arriving to make the handover easier.

If you need the cake at a precise time, plan the delivery for the day before: it keeps for 72 hours in the fridge.

  • How are the cakes delivered?

Personalised cakes and pastries are handed over by our own driver, in a refrigerated vehicle: in Paris and Île-de-France (free delivery), then throughout mainland France and Monaco according to a rate per zone. Personalised biscuits travel by tracked post. All the details are on the Delivery page.

  • How do I choose my delivery date?
