Deep black with flakes of gold, this ruffle cake is for adults hosting a party who want an elegant dessert. Black ruffles surround the whole cake. Its smooth top receives flakes of edible gold and raspberries, whose dark red brings the only additional note of colour.

It is discovered on New Year's Eve, at a roaring twenties party or at the passage to 40 in a flat with candles lit. This black and gold cake holds its place on a dark buffet. Dressier than a classic layer cake, it joins the world of black and gold cake design with no figurines or sculptures.

Chocolate-hazelnut, raspberry, vanilla or strawberry: the choice is made freely under this black cream. Name, age or message is written in the order field. Plan for 12 servings for an intimate table and 20 for a real party. Preparation to order and delivery for the evening in question, in France or Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.
