Given to a woman aged 30 to 65, this ivory layer cake pairs red fruit and precious metal in a measured composition. One side receives a very fine golden lace, and raspberries are arranged on it in a half-moon. Gold leaf and a few edible flowers complete the decoration.

It holds its place at a 40th or 60th birthday dinner, served after the champagne, or at a surprise birthday organised by grown-up children. Among woman's birthday cake ideas, this one suits a mother who dislikes childish motifs. This woman's birthday layer cake is presented on a light platter, surrounded by just a few candles.

Raspberry gives it its tart note, with no other flavour to define. It is ordered in 12 or 20 servings, and the name or the word you intend for the person is entered in the space provided for this purpose. It is brought to you by our team on the agreed day, in France and Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.
