A classic pairing of bitterness and acidity, this chocolate raspberry layer cake is for the whole family. Its dark chocolate ganache, evenly ridged, is topped in the centre with a dome of fresh raspberries. Fine dark chocolate shavings garnish the edge, and the contrast between black and red stands out sharply.

For a chocolate raspberry birthday cake, it is a unifying choice: children find chocolate in it, adults the liveliness of the fruit. It is easy to picture closing a Sunday at the grandparents', or a fortieth birthday where a straightforward dessert is wanted. Its clean cut shows the contrast of the two flavours right down to the plate.

Dark chocolate and raspberry give the taste, with no other flavour to choose. The size is decided between 12 and 20 servings, and the message, first name or age goes in the field to fill in when ordering. For delivery, our team takes care of everything on the planned day, in mainland France as in Monaco.

Allergens: gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. The chocolate hazelnut flavour contains tree nuts. The chocolate decoration may contain soy and tree nuts.

Handcrafted creation: slight variations are part of the charm of each piece.
